When a disaster strikes, who will take care of them?
Every year, hurricanes, tornadoes, hazardous-materials incidents,
floods, earthquakes, and other natural disasters threaten the
animals who are so important to our lives. Get started in Bay Area
Disaster Animal Response Team (DART), helping the animals in
your community, and experience a great networking experience
with others that share your love for animals.
• Volunteer! Complete and submit the below form. Someone from our team will follow up with you. You must be at least 18 years old to volunteer.
• Donate! Preparing for a disaster and responding to one is expensive and
requires a lot of resources. This requires us to be ready for any kind of disaster and have ready any special equipment that may be required. Complete the form below and let us know how you can help us meet our goal.
• Prepare! Get your home, business, or farm ready for an emergency before
by creating disaster preparedness kits and emergency plans for your family,
pets, and other animals. |
Cash donations will be used to purchase disaster equipment and to further the training and outreach efforts of Bay Area DART. If you prefer to mail a check it should be made out to SPCA Tampa Bay DART and sent to SPCA Tampa Bay, 9099 130th Ave. N., Largo, FL 33773
